Attempting to call support. Takes 4 seconds for the '...are busy.' message. When I 'press one to be called back'... it drops the call.
Attempts to 'chat' tells me I don't have an account (while I have our multiple licenses open in another window!!)
Is Adobe support offline?

Also, while initiating the chat support, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Adobe account to get in touch with support. Especially the one with registered products.
