Is there a way to download a .pdf file directly into a pre-existing one?

Here's the scenario:

I am a bookkeeper downloading bank statements every month. To keep our files to a minimum, we combine a client's yearly statments (from Jan 2021 onward) into a single .pdf.

Right now I download the month's statement on my desktop, then have to open the year-to-date combined one, then merge the two to a new year-to-date one and finally delete the outdated files. Crazy time-killer.

Is there any way to view/download a .pdf file directly into my year-to-date one without opening the year-to-date one?

Preeemptive thanks.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

The option to download a .pdf file directly into a pre-existing one is not available yet. You may submit your request with the engineering team using the link https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Thanks.

Amal
