Hi everyone,
I'm trying to export a OneNote page to PDF, but when I do, some of my notes get cut off or don't fit properly. Is there a way to export the page without this happening? I’ve tried adjusting the print settings, but I’m still having issues with parts of the page being cropped. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Is this an issue with a particular file (One Note) or with other files as well? Please check with other files like MS Word to check if the issue is limited to MS One Note application.
You may also try the steps below to see if that helps in creating the proper PDF out of OneNote application:
1. Adjust the Page Size in OneNote:
- Before exporting, go to the "View" tab in OneNote.
Select "Paper Size" (on Windows) to adjust the page layout to a standard size (e.g., A4 or Letter) that works well for PDFs.
- Resize your content within these boundaries to ensure everything fits properly.
2. Avoid Content Outside the Margins:
- OneNote doesn’t always automatically scale content to fit the page size. Manually adjust your content so that it stays within the visible page area in the "Paper Size" view.
3. Update Your Software:
- Ensure you’re using the latest version of OneNote. Software updates often address bugs and improve features. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the Acrobat pro 24.05.20320 from the help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Let us know how it goes.
