Hi everyone,

Short issue: When I want to sign a document, my colleague's signature I showing up and the document will alow me to sign on behalf of her (I don't want to do this). If I add my signature, I think it may show up on another colleague's computer. I think we're all conntected???

Backstory: I volunteered to get Acrobat licenses for myself and 7 other colleagues in my office. This is the first time that I've ever done this and IT is not my background. I made an account in the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) so that we could download Adobe to our computers. Our IT department went ahead and assisted us in downloading the software to our computers..For some reason the process was new to them too...

Anyways, when I want to comment on a document, the name of the commenter is "Colleague A"'s name. When I want to add a signature to the document its showing Colleague B's signature. When looking at their Adobe...I see my login that is tied to the LWS.

Question: What do I need to do so that my signature only appears on my computer?...and their signature appear on their computers?
