Hi,
We have recently switched to a new computer; we are trying to reinstall Adobe Acrobat XI Standard software and ran across this issue (see screenshots).
Thank you.

Hello. I have followed the steps described by Shivam/Adorobat to Lisal6... (I'm trying to move Acrobat from one computer to another), but when I enter the License Key/Serial number on the new machine it tells me that serial number is already in use even though I have uninstalled/deactivated from the old computer.
Can you help please?

I've recently had similar problem, and realised my mistake as uninstall is not the same as deactivate. However, it seems that once you've unisntalled Acrobat, there's no hope of getting it back, especially since mine was a "gift" ... no way to retrieve it back ... really sad ... really sucks ... this is a bad design as it does not warn you about uninstalling ... Adobe since out to earn $$$ only

You can't even uninstall and reinstall on the same machine ... Adobe just doesn't recognise it !!!

You can contact Adobe Customer Support and ask for an "activation counter reset".
