Issue when active Acrobat Pro on new PC

Hi,

I have Acrobat Pro ver8 with S/N. I installed it on old PC but this PC is damaged and could not use anymore. I reinstall it on new PC but when active product, I got an error Maximum allowed devices. I could not deactive it on old PC, on account portal page there are no any activated devices.

How to active on new PC?

acrobat 8 can no longer be activated. 

for versions that can be activated the only way to remedy an excess activation count message is to use a computer that has a current activation and deactivate using that computer.  if that's impossible, it's impossible to restore any activations.
