Issue with Adobe Acrobat synchronization between laptop and tablet on Cloud

Hey there! I recently started using a Huawei tablet with Adobe Acrobat for my PDF work, specifically for adding comments and highlights. I've noticed a significant problem with file synchronization between my devices. When I save a PDF to the cloud after making comments on my tablet, the comments are visible on the tablet, but do not appear when I open the file on my laptop. Worse, when I go back to the tablet, the comments have also disappeared. I'm frustrated by this issue and don't want to have to do the same work twice. Finally, confirm that you're opening the file from the "Document Cloud" section on your laptop's Adobe Acrobat, not from a local copy.
