Issue with cursor

I'm having an issue with the cursor on my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC lookign like this. I was looking at a post where someone mentioned having a black cursor box (not the same as mine) and deleted the cache in the folder, but it did not work. This happened one random day and I don't know if I triggered this cursor or if this is a bug? It only happens in the adobe file or home page , if I click outside of adobe, it goes back to cursor.

As described you have already tried the suggestion to remove the icon cache file, provided in the help page https://adobe.ly/3xhnslA and it still doesnt works, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4aAMria, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3PPRhAi and see if that helps.
