Issues printing pdfs double sided

Hi everyone, 

I have an Issue with printing PDFs double sided. When I want to check the Box for double sided printing, my Adobe Acrobat freezes an shows the message "No Feedback" in the printwindow.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat and reparing the programm through the Settings.

I tried different printer drivers. Checked everything for Updates, but nothing worked.

Does someone already had the same issue or knows a way to fix it?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

We made multiple stability and performance enhancements around printing PDFs in the subsequent releases. 

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20xxx) and letting us know if the issue is fixed for you?

If not, please share:

1. A sample document to test the situation in house;
