This is an issue I have had with Autocad too. I have had PDFs sent as part of a project completion - they are drawings. When I import into Mural the file is displayed in landscape but the placeholder of the image is portrait: basically image twice as large as it should be. I have flagged with Mural but they are perplexed at the moment. I decided to try and re-export the pdf but setting the paper size and orientation. This has worked. Not sure why! Question, is there an easy way to open up a series of PDFs and reset it size/orientation and save? Cheers Paul

Whoo is the creator of the PDF files? If, as you say, you simply can open the PDF file (I suppose in Acrobat or Acrobat DC) and recreate the file, it looks like the PDF creator did not set a flag correctly, or did not embed the preview data correctly.

Hi, what do you mean by a flag? In my mind if a the pdf is in landscape should it not import as landscape? I have attached a screenshot of the issue. The blue boundary is the placeholder for the pdf in Mural. The red box is the white dead zone that gets added when the pdf is brought in.
