Issues with Adobe

Community Beginner ,

Hi All,

We have a client that is experiencing an issue with Adobe and the Chrome Adobe Add-in.

The issue with Adobe is that the Fill and Sign is not saving the signatures. They are able to use the saved signatures for the day but the next morning or after a restart the signatures need to be re-added. There are 3 users that are experiencing the same issue with different documents. We have disabled the new Adobe interface but the issues is still in effect.

The second issue is with the Chrome Adobe Add-in. When opening PDF's from SharePoint the default view settings are remembered. It defaults to the smallest view and if the user changes the setting it is not remembered for the next document that is opened.

Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response. There are a couple of things you can check.

1. The issue may arise if the user doesn't have a non-persistent user profile.

2. The preference syn is on.

     - Launch Acrobat > Edit > Preferences.

     - Adobe Online Services > "Sycn Preferences across devices and document services" is enabled.

If the preference is checked and there are no network restrictions, as soon the user opens Fill and Sign, within a few seconds, the profile information will load.

Let us know if you have any further questions
