Issues with correct work of PDF files with 3D and animation.

Hello

Unfortunately, I noticed that the current 64-bit version of Actrobat Reader doen't handle 3D pdf files properly. Previously used versions (like eg. 2015.007.2033  handled these files without any problem. Any suggestions from Adobe or should I look for alternative solutions and resign from promoting solutions based on PDF like (eg.HTML 3D)? Who can I contact in this matter to conduct further correspondence with the possibility of sharing data, files, etc. for the purpose of presenting and solving the problem.?
