Hello all,

I am having issues with a fillable PDF document that I created on Acrobat. When other computer users (with both mac and pc systems) open my fillable pdf to input information, the formatting changes for them. For example, I have the settings in "prepare form" for text boxes to "auto" size, and "multi-line" option. When the different user opens the document and begins typing, it changes the format to "12 point font" and "scroll long text" options instead. These users do not have paid subscriptions to adobe, and typically just open the document on reader. Do you have any suggestions to create consistency in the formatting settings of the document from user to user?

Are you sure about that? Many people will open PDF files in their browsers, or using non-Adobe software, such as the buggy Apple Preview, and such issues are usually caused because of that.
