Greetings All,
I am having some issues when applying my signature to documents. When i try, i am getting the following error message in a popup window.
You signed in with "new company name" profile. Your Acrobat Sign license is for "old company name"-Deleted-Org where all agreements you send for signing will be stored.
The company names have been removed for security..
New company name = Company that I work for now.
Old company name = company the i no longer work for.
The thing is my adobe is now managed by another company and by the looks of it they might of been some licenses attached to the old company thats conficting with the new company hence the error.
I am not sure what exactly is happening here and how to fix it.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
