Issuing viewing pdf's.

I have an Abode Photography Plan and whilst it does not include Acrobat, I have always been able to just view (not edit) pdf's.  Today after signing out of Creative Cloud and later signing back in, I cannot call up a pdf without being given an option to buy or trial it in front of the file.

I download Acrobat Reader but it will not instal as it says I already have a better version of Acrobat loaded.

What is going on here???

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3RQnqsn), reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link (https://adobe.ly/3xAVCkV) and see if that works.
