Je n'arrive plus à aplatir mes PDFs

Bonjour à tous, j'ai l'habitude de créer mes factures via PDF. Avant l'envoi aux clients, j'aplati les champs interactifs via l'option 'Format' durant la phase d'enregistrement. Depuis peu...plus possible. Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée. Je suis sur Mac et j'utilise Adobe Pro DC.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

What happens when you try to flatten the PDF file? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to flatten the PDF form? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Also, make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 22.1.20142 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and check.

You may also try to use the Save As Adobe PDF option to print a file to PDF on Mac and see if that works for you. For more information to know how, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/print-to-pdf.html
