Keep receiving 105 error message and cannot update product despite downloading recent patches

When I open a pdf using Adope on my desktop it will not save.  I keep receiving error message 105.  In addition I've updated the most recent patch but I'm still receiving this error message.  I cannot digitally sign documents using military ID and I cannot save fillable PDFs anymore.  This is a recent issue and I feel like I'm stuck.  I don't know what happened but something messed up my Adobe PDF beyond repair.

Is your document stored on the local hard disk, or in the cloud?
