Hi, i started a free trial and canceled it within a few days. Now Adobe keeps billing me even though I canceled the free trial.
I'm not even subscribed anywhere however your app says I am. I don't use the app.
When I sign in on the desktop, it says you'll be able to manage your plan shortly and nothing ever happens. Which is stupid because you are billing me for a service I'm not even subscribed to and i cannot delete the account because i have to cancel this non existing plan first, better yet there are no direct contact messages only where I have to post to a community and complain publicly. Cancel the account.

@lindy-lee_6253 Even if you canceled "within a few days," if it was past the exact cancellation window, or if there was a slight delay in processing your cancellation on Adobe's end, the system might have already initiated the first billing cycle. The "you'll be able to manage your plan shortly" message typically indicates that the account is in a transitional state, perhaps due to a pending payment (even if it's for a service you don't intend to use) or a processing cancellation that hasn't fully registered. This can prevent you from directly managing or deleting the account until the system catches up or the outstanding "issue" is resolved.
