I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the trouble.
Are you encountering any error messages when trying to send the document for signature? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error message.
The Adobe ID (email) you used to sign into the community is not associated with any Creative Cloud or Acrobat license/subscription. It is linked to an Enterprise/Federated ID, which is associated with your organization. Do you have the license under a different email ID? If so, please sign in with that email ID and try sending the document for signature again.
If your Creative Cloud license is provided by your organization (i.e., an Enterprise license), you may need to contact your Admin to check and refresh the license assignment status. For reference, please see these articles and try the solutions for sending documents for signature:
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.

Dear Anand Sri,
As you can see from the attached screenshot, the only option available to me with the new company account is to sign the document myself, but there is no longer any option to forward the document for signing ;-(
As previously announced, I have switched from a personal licence ‘email’ to a business licence for ‘email’, where unfortunately forwarding for signing documents is no longer possible ;-(
Otherwise, all the Creative Cloud programmes seem to work again with the company licence, but I can only digitally sign the PDFs I create myself as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Regards from Austria

Hi there
Thank you for reaching out.
As mentioned in the previous response, your subscription is linked to an Enterprise/Federated ID, which is managed by your organization. In such cases, your IT administrator or license manager controls licensing and access to Adobe services.
To resolve this issue, please contact your organization's Admin and request them to:

... unfortunately, after I changed my former private Adobe Creative Cloud Abo to an Adobe Creative Cloud Abo of my company, forwarding for signing documents to third parties no longer works in my still available version of Acrobat Pro, even though this should be a basic feature of Acrobat Pro in contrast to Acrobat Standard.
And unfortunately, neither the administrator of my company nor Adobe is providing me with any information or support regarding this problem.
Regards,
Günter
