Hi, I thought my laptop had a virus for the first time....after getting Adobe Pro..
My 0's change on every doc I am filling out to 1) there is no 0 when using Adobe now. It's a pain. Plus nothing stays put as far as font or text size.
But my computer is just fine when not using the app.
Any tips? Is there a way to really reach Adobe tech support?

There is no application called Adobe Pro — Adobe is a company that makes dozens of applications. I think you mean Acrobat Pro and have moved your post to the Acrobat forum.
Please clarify your issue. Screenshots will help.
Go form editing toolbar and show us the Properties for one of the fields that has this behavior.

Hello! I hope you are doing well.
I am following up to see if you are still experiencing the issue. If yes, could you please share the details asked by our community product expert so that we can assist you further?
Try the following suggestions and let us know if that works for you:
Ensure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop application. Please Check Form Field Properties: check the properties of the form fields. Ensure that the text size is set to a specific number (e.g., 12pts or 14pts) rather than a variable. Go to **Menu> Preferences > General** and check if "Use single-key accelerators to access tools" is ticked. If so, untick it and try again.
Ensure that your system's language and regional settings match your intended input language.
Reset Acrobat Preferences: Close Acrobat Pro. Navigate to the preferences folder: Windows: C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\[Version]
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Acrobat/[Version]
Rename the preferences folder (e.g., to Preferences_old
). Restart Acrobat Pro; this will create a new preferences folder.
