Ki Funktion fehlt trotz dazugekauftem KI Abo

Community Beginner ,
Feb 11, 2025 Feb 11, 2025

Hallo,

Also please try resetting the registry settings for Adobe Acrobat/Reader to see if it resolves the issue. This will remove any corrupted settings and allow the application to recreate them with default values. Pleaase take a back up your registry before proceeding. Follow the steps below carefully:

Steps:

  1. Close Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
  2. Open Registry Editor: Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
  3. Navigate to the Registry Key:
    • For Acrobat: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC
    • For Reader: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC
  4. Delete the "DC" folder. Right-click it, select Delete, and confirm.
  5. Close Registry Editor and Relaunch Acrobat/Reader 2/3 times.

If the issue persists, restart your computer before reopening the application.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please try the steps below and see if that works:

- Open Adobe Acrobat
- Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Gen AI > Select 'Enable generative AI feature in Acrobat' > Click OK and reboot the Application.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Amal,

this is still an open issue for me and as far as I can read, also for a couple others here.

I just checked again. I still don't even have a Gen AI Tab in my preferences. Picture is attatched.

Can you please take a look at that again?

Thank you

Felix

Hi @felix_2522@ralf_8342  - Could you please provide the responses to the following queries:

1. Version no. of the application installed ? You can check that with Help > About Adobe Acrobat Pro / Reader

2. Provide the country and state / region from where you are accessing AI Assistant

3. Try updating to the latest version by going to Help > Check for Updates

Thanks

Hi @Vinod Dobhal,

Thank you for your response.

1. The installed Version is: 2024.005.20414.

2. I am accessing Adobe Acrobat from Germany.

3. I checked for updates and updated to the newer available version which is 2024.005.20421. I attatched a picture of the About page.

However the setting is still missing in the preferences window.

Best regards,

Felix

Hallo,

Die Schaltfläche taucht dadurch zwar kurz auf, aber verschwindet nach 2 Sekunden wieder.

Gibt es eine Lösung?
