Kontrollkästchen in Kommentaren

Hallo,

trotz neuester Version von Acrobat auf dem Mac sind die Abhakkästchen in den einzelnen Kommentaren nicht sichtbar zu machen. Wer weiß eine Lösung.

Das Abhaken bei vielen Korrekturen ist für uns unheimlich wichtig um den Überblick zu behalten.

Hope you are doing well.

If we understand your question correctly, then you are looking for the checkmark visible on Acrobat's comment section. Is that correct? 

Acrobat's preferences settings do allow you to enable or disable the appearance of checkboxes. 

You may navigate to Adobe Acrobat>Preferences>Commenting>Making comments>check "Show checkbox in comment note">OK

Let us know if it still doesn't work for you.

genau so weit war ich auch, dass ich es in den Voreinstellungen einschalten kann.

Bei der Mac-Version geht es nicht, bei Windows einwandfrei.

Ist das ein Programm-Bug?

Can you share the screenshot of the comment window, how exactly does it look?

Also, what is the dot version of Acrobat and Mac OS you are working on?

Acrobat Pro DC: Choose Acrobat Pro > About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. The pop-up window shows the product name, associated version string

We see that you are working on the latest version of Acrobat and Mac OS. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the same preferences window (as shared in my last response), to show if the "Show checkbox in comment note" dialog is checked or not?

Meanwhile, please try removing the app once, using this cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

, and reinstall once again: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html 

Once done. Check back the comment note and see if you can find the Checkbox now.

ja das ist genau das Problem, habe es eingeschaltet aber es passiert nichts. Alle Haken sind gesetzt. Und das nur bei der Mac-Version, bei Windows geht alles.

Hallo,

ich habe es rausgefunden. Du musst die Datei auf deine Festplatte speichern, wenn du sie von der Cloud geöffnet hast.
Dann tauchen auch die Abhakkästchen wieder auf. Wenn die Datei direkt vom Cloudspeicherplatz geöffnet ist, funktionieren die Kästchen nicht.

vielen Dank fürs Prüfen und Klären, das war auch meine Vermutung.
Wahrscheinlich bist du für das folgende nicht der richtige Adressat, ich möchte jetzt aber doch gerne loswerden:
Leider ist für mich ein Fehler im Programm, dass die Kontrollkästchen in der Cloud-Fassung nicht genutzt werden können. Ich möchte mit den Personen, mit denen ich zusammenarbeite, gerne den Arbeitsstand der Bearbeitung der eingegangenen Kommentare teilen können. Das geht nicht, wenn ich die Datei herunterlade, bzw. ist das doch nicht der Sinn einer Cloud, Dateien herunterzuladen, zu bearbeiten und später wieder hochzuladen - vielleicht überschreibt man dabei ja dann Änderungen anderer Nutzerinnen und Nutzer. Es wäre gut, wenn die Kästchen auch in bei Cloud-Dateien nutzbar wären bzw. das bei einer hochpreisigen Software tatsächlich vom Nutzer eingestellt werden könnte.

I can vaguely understand why you don't want a checkbox. If that is the case, let us know how the file is shared. Are the people with whom the file is shared opening it on the Web, Acrobat Desktop, Reader Desktop, or the MS Teams app? 

Could you please elaborate more on your ask so we can help you better?
