Kryptische PDF Ansicht

Hallo.

Ich habe das Problem bei einer Mitarbeiterin das sporadisch (seltenst) PDF Dateien Kryptisch dargestellt werden.
Ich habe die identische Adobe Acrobat DC Reader Version installiert, ebenso die selbe Windows 10 1909 (18636.592) Version, die selben Schriftarten (FONTS).

Habe bei Ihr auch schon eine Komplette Neuinstallation von Adobe samt vorherigen Cleanen, jedoch auch ohne Erfolg. Wenn das Dokument gedruckt werden soll, kommt es genau so Kryptisch gedruckt.

Hier unten die Bilder, das erste Kryptisch von meiner Kollegin, das zweite von mir Normal.

Die verwendeten Schriftarten im PDF Dokument sind Arial, Arial Bold, Verdana Bold.

Das PDF wurde von einem Lieferanten erstellt mit Amyuni PDF Converter version 4.5.3.3 falls das relevant sein sollte.

Hoffe von euch hat jemand einen Tipp, habe bereits 2-3 Stunden im Forum gesucht, aber nach was soll ich suchen wenn ich die Fehlerursache nicht genau beschreiben kann.

These are different files, of course. So we cannot tell if the problem is the file, or local to your colleague. Please ask your colleage to use SAVE AS once the file is open in Acrobat Reader, then send the result file to you. If the file is also bad for you, contact the supplier.

Es ist die selbe Datei, weshalb ich mich ja auch hier im Forum um hilfe suche.

Diese Datei hat meine Kollegin bekommen. Sie hat mir die Original Mail mit dem Anhang dieser Datei weitergeleitet.

Das mit Speichern Unter (also neu abspeichern bei meiner Kollegin, kommt wieder das selbe raus und wenn sie mir die neu abgespeicherte Datei weiterleitet sehe ich die Datei wieder normal.

Thank you for the reply. So, the same file - it is worse than I thought.

I suggest using File > Document Properties and the Fonts tab. Compare each font shown in detail, especially the actual font. Please tell us of any differences.

To be more clear, I mean to take the same file on two computers, both in Reader, and compare the font info between computers.

Entschuldigen Sie mir meine Abwesenheit.

Habe mir nun die Dokumenteneigenschaften auf beiden Computern von dem einen PDF angeschaut, bzw. die Schriften (Schriftarten) und es ist alles identisch.

Wenn ich allerdings auf dem PC wo es Kryptisch dargestellt wird mit dem EDGE öffne wird es korrekt angezeigt.
Ich habe jetzt keine Idee mehr was ich noch versuchen könnte.

I have now looked at the document properties on both computers of the one PDF, or rather the fonts and everything is identical.

However, when I open it on the PC where it is cryptically displayed with the EDGE, it is displayed correctly.
Now I have no idea what else I can try.

Oder hätte jemand anderes einen Lösungsansatz den ich versuchen könnte, damit die PDFs wieder normal angezeigt werden?

Hallo!

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem auf meinem neuen PC und auf der Suche nach einer Lösung diesen Thread gefunden. 

Ich habe unter Hilfe "Acrobat Installation reparieren" gefunden und ausgeführt und seit dem geht es wieder.

Vielleicht klappt es bei ihnen auch!
