My HP laptop was destroyed and HP wanted to charge me MORE to repair it than to purchase a new one. So I got a new one, and then realized that I no longer had access to Adobe Pro.
I am a student and paid a one-time flat fee to download the product from Think Edu. They are no longer able to help me and I am frustrated and depressed. I have a valid product key ... is there ANYTHING Support can do to help me regain access to my product?

Sorry to hear about your loss.
If you change the computer, you can also access your Adobe products on the new machine unless your product is not way too old. All you need is the license key or subscription details to get started.
We have checked your account using your educational email but couldn't find any license key registered under it.
First, you must find the email under which your product is registered. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html
Thanks,

I have only this email account as well as a personal GMAIL account. Can you check by my first and last name? Also, please share an email address where I can email you my full details. I am very frustrated and overwhelmed as I need access to this product as my semester has already started.
