Layering Multiple Stamps on Top of Eachother

I use stamps in Acrobat 2017 to note which figures have been used in a PDF. Often there are items in a list format with 0 line spacing (meaning they are close together). When I use a stamp and apply the "Keep tool selected" feature and try to stamp each item, my custom stamps often overlap and lead to the program assuming I am attempting to select the previous stamp. I would like the ability to layer the stamps on top of eachother so I can stamp all the way down the list without staggering their vertical layout. After over an hour with the IT Chat specialists and 4 transfers I decided to try the forums. I know this is possible since Adobe Acrobat 2017 will do some kind of a glitch where it will keep adding stamps when I try to click on the stamp to select it. Instead of selecting the stamp it will add as many stamps as times I click. I suspect this is just an unitended glitch, however I would like this glitch to be a useable feature.

Can anyone help?
