Bonjour le programme adobe acrobate Dc refuse de s'ouvrir. Pourtant il fonctionnait il y a de cela quelques jours.

What happens when you try to open the Acrobat DC application? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding. Also please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
If it still doesn't work, please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
