Lorsque j'utilise la version web d'ADOBE Acrobat cela fonctionne. 

Mais pourquoi cela ne fonctionne-t-il pas sur l'application bureau ?

Voici le message d'erreur : 

Adobe Acrobat s'exécute avec une licence de grâce sur cet appareil appartenant au pool Terminé.

 

je précise que ma licence n'est pas expirée et que toute les autres applications bureau focntionnent.
