licencias con problemas

Hola, tengo 2 licencias Originales Acrobat X y XI al instalarlas en un PC y Mac, en el caso del PC me dice que esta no corresponde y en el MAc se queda colgada la instalacion.

Estas licencias fueron compradas y las tengo en mi usuario de Adobe.

If the applications are registered with us, you may get the installer from the given link:

Find your serial number (adobe.com)

Also, since the applications are end of life, they may or may not work with the latest version of the operating systems.
