Licensing Sign In Loop

New Here ,
Oct 31, 2024 Oct 31, 2024

I recently upgraded a users laptop and tranferred her Adobe 2020 to the new machine. I unintalled it on the old PC, installed on the new PC with the serial number and asks to sign in. We enter her credentials and it says she is signed in, but goes right back to the must sign in page in a loop. Any suggestions? I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't solve the issue.

hi @blaine_0467

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat. Could you please confirm if you installed Acrobat using the serial key.

We would need logs to help debug the issue. Please run Adobe log collector tool ( https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html ) and share the log ID with me.

Regards

Ravi
