Limited Access to Adobe for Enterprise on home computer now

I had to reinstall Windows; therefore, I am reinstalling many applications.  Before, I had the same access to all the tools in Adobe for Enterprise on my home computer as long as I was logged into my work account.  I had the ability to create form and organize, but now this isn't the case.  I have limited tools even though I am signed into my work account.  Can anyone help me with my tools so I can work at home again.?

What "profile" did you check?

yes, it is running, but not all the tools as accessible.
