Boa tarde,

Como tenho o adobe acrobat reader pro rc pago na empresa que trabalho, sei que tenho na opção "Preparar Formulário" o forma de "Limpar Formulário".

Mais para quem eu enviar o formulário pode não ter, como a pessoa poderá fazer para limpar todos os campos? Ou tenho que colocar um botão e javascript para fazer isso?

Adding a button to reset/clear your PDF form fields is the best way to go.

Since not all PDFs users use the same software to work with PDF documents, and also, not all Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro users have the same versions (or the same operating system), facilitating a reset button definitely improves the desired workflow.

Do que adianta fazer um botão para limpar tudo, se a versão Mobile ou tablet nada funciona?

Fiz o botão mais no tablet não funcionou, alternativa?

The mobile version may not render Acrobat JavaScript code that was meant to be used with the full desktop version of Acrobat.

But the built-in "Reset Form" Mouse Up action works in both the mobile version and full desktop versions.

If you are using a custom JavaScript script to clear a form please share it to see what is going on.

infelizmente não estou usando nenhum javascript, apenas acrescentei o botão na guia - opções - escolhi redefinir formulário.

Não sei como fazer o javascript
