Lines missing when printing PDF to Fuji Xeros printers

Hi,

We are trying to print some architectual drawings, but when doing so there are several lines missing.

These lines are set up exaclty the same as other lines that are showing and when printing as a PNG they will show. We have tried this on all 3 printers in the office.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or what setting this might be? Is it Adobe that struggles to send them to the printer?

*see kitchen taps and lines around windows.

Thank you,

Elin

Hi @steven_arthur

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print the file?

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20269 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to print the PDF as an image. Go to Print > Advanced  > Print as image and see if that works

Regards

Amal
