Links in Acrobat

I have a pdf that contains many links to movies.
The links were created in Acrobat and then gave exactly the space for the hard drive that was valid at the time.
Example: file: G \ name.mp4.

When I move the hard drive to another computer, it does not work because the hard drive is then named H.
How do I solve this?

You need to create relative links. If the linked files exist on another drive then you have to keep the drive letter the same, or edit all the links in the file each time you move it. The latter can't be done automatically within Acrobat. You will need to use a stand-alone tool to do that, like this (paid-for) tool I've developed:
