Liquid mode issues

The "Medicare and You" 2024 Handbook arrived today and opened by default into Liquid Mode. 

Liquid mode will not jump to page 75 from the Table of Contents when the "raindrop" is selected. Unfortunately, when the raindrop is not selected, the text appears very small and is not friendly for elderly eyes.  When not in liquid mode the jump to page 75 works fine but it is very annoying because at page 75 in non liquid mode, when the raindrop is selected, the text doesn't stay on page 75 but jumps home to the first page of the "Medicare and You" document.
