When you say you your screen disappears, do you mean the Acrobat window shows and then disappears?

What version of Acrobat is it? What is your Operating System?

Have you tried reinstalling Acrobat?

Hi Yes,
that is exactly what it does. I have been on Windows 10 for a long time and
it keeps happening. I recently migrated to Windows 11 and its still
happening

Hi @jerry_1470

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience.

As @DeanUtian, suggested, have you tried reinstalling Acrobat? If not, let us try the following:

1. Uninstall Acrobat using the Cleaner tool: https://adobe.ly/3HKDwSa

2. Download Acrobat if you don't have access to the Creative Cloud app: https://adobe.ly/445JpB6

3. Try again.

If the issue persists, help us with the following:

  1. Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from:  https://adobe.ly/3HI14at
  2. Click on Start Diagnostics. Ensure advanced logging is checked.
  3. Launch Acrobat, and reproduce the issue with your file.
  4. Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
  5. Copy the Log ID and share it with us.

And following details:

  1. Acrobat version installed:   https://adobe.ly/3PQQ7nE
  2. OS name and version.
  3. Screen recording showing the problem.
