Lock PDF file until certain date and time

Is there a way to lock a PDF file so it cannot be viewed until a specific date and time?

Short of DRM there are things that can be done, but they are more in the line of keeping honest people honest, rather than tight security. That said, to the vast majority of people there's no difference between this and DRM.
