How do I remove the lock Acrobat has put on my test files from seminars for which I paid? I uninstalled Acrobat but the lock still remains! It says I dont have permission to open the tests I havve from seminars. I never had this problem before.

They are probably protected using DRM technology. Acrobat will not allow you around that.
