Locking up the document after signing the form

Is it possible to convert fields to simple text and objects after signing the form? I am working with a PDF Form where in after signing I need to lock up the document. There are dropdowns, checkboxes and button which I want to keep the latest value and disable after signing the form. Can someone please help me how? Any help is much appreciated.

Go to the Signed tab of the signature field and you'll be able to do it there.
