Login Loop while saving PDF

Hello,

since recently the Acrobat Pro needs a login with the Adobe ID when saving a PDF. This is then done and the login window closes. However, if you look under Help, the login has not gone through and the login button is still there. When you save the document and edit and save a new document, the same thing happens again. Are there any ideas. Thanks a lot for the help.

It seems that you are experiencing this behavior with Acrobat 20.005.30436. Is that correct?

If yes, please try updating the application to the latest version. We have released an optional update for the application that addresses this issue.
