Lost files

I subcribed to Creative Cloud Trial around the beginning of June (2 June 2023) and began to upload pdfs to edit them. After many hours of work creating what appeard to be a successful process. Today I cannot find any of the work files.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

The only thing we could think of for losing your files may be the email address you used to sign in. Please check if this is the same email you have signed up for the trial.

Because files uploaded to the Adobe Cloud are associated with your email. 

 

Log in to document cloud web and see if  you can find your files under Document Tab: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ 

Also, is your trial still working? 

A free membership also lets you continue to access your files in the Creative Cloud folder on your computer and via the Creative Cloud website, subject to the limit of 2 GB of storage.

If you're over the 2 GB limit when you cancel, you have 90 days to reduce your online usage. After 90 days, you could lose access to some or all of your files saved on the Creative Cloud servers.
