Lost the 50% of the file

Hello, I have diminished the main file and saved it with other name under "pdf optimised version. To my stupidity, closed everything, and then found out that the main file was saved with 50% text less as well!!! Please help😢

Not sure what you mean by "50% less text"... Were some words literally removed? If so, I hope you have an "unoptimized" copy of the file saved somewhere, as it's not likely you can restore them if you saved the file over the original.
