Lost the Compress PDF feature

I lost the ability to compress a pdf a few days ago.  How do I get it back?

The new Acrobat UI is extremely buggy, which might be the reason for this issue. To go back to the old UI click the Options button at the top left corner (Windows) or open the View menu (Mac) and select Disable New Acrobat.
