New Here ,
Apr 09, 2025 Apr 09, 2025

When I select the loupe tool, the blue rectangle appears above the document but the loupe tool window does not appear.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2015.006.30527.

@Robin669 I have three screens, but my loupe tool window was on a different screen. The loupe tool window might be minimized and hiding. Try these potential solutions: first, check if the Loupe Tool window is appearing off-screen by pressing Windows Key + Shift + Right Arrow (if using multiple monitors) or Windows Key + Shift + Left Arrow to cycle through displays. If that doesn't work, reset your Acrobat preferences by navigating to C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat (PC) or~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Acrobat (MAC) and renaming the "Preferences" folder (e.g., to "Preferences.old") before restarting Acrobat. Finally, ensure your graphics drivers are up to date, as outdated drivers can sometimes cause display issues with applications. If the problem persists, a repair installation of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC might be necessary.
