Mac user - reduce size of comment box on page

I can not view where the comment is pointing at because the box is so big. Does anyone know how to reduce the size of the boxes, or highlight the section the comment is pointing to?

There is no option to change the comment icons. However, the icons should not be this big.

Could you please confirm if the comment was added by you?

Hi Meenaskshi, 

 

No, these are comments entered by someone else that I am trying to view.

They do not appear this large on the person's window who made the comment.

Thanks for your response.Could you help us with the following so that we can debug the issue better at our end:

1. Is it happening for a specific file or for other files as well?

2. Is the file a personal file or a shared file between you and the author of the comment ?

3. Can you share the system resolution and OS on which the issue is seen ?

4. Could you share a sample file with us on which you are observing the issue?

1. Is it happening for a specific file or for other files as well? All files. Anytime I try to use notes.

2. Is the file a personal file or a shared file between you and the author of the comment ? Personal file I created and have shared with other colleagues.

3. Can you share the system resolution and OS on which the issue is seen ? 1680 x 1050 macOS Big Sur 11.4 (MacBook Pro 15" 2019)

4. Could you share a sample file with us on which you are observing the issue?

See the example here.

It works via preview in my google drive, but when I open it in Adobe app - 1. The note is so big I can not see what it is pointing to. 2.) When i click on the note, it makes my Adobe screen go white/blank. See images below.

-Are you opening the file in Acrobat app or any browser ?

-Has the issue started occurring recently?

-Are you opening the file in Acrobat app or any browser ? I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I tested it by dropping the file into my google drive and it previewed fine there. But when I download it to my computer and open it in the app to edit notes, I have the issue.

-Has the issue started occurring recently? I have noticed the issue for about 6 mos. - a year.

Only recently did I try to get my team to start using the notes feature in Adobe, only to find out my app has been compromised.
