MacOS Tahoe and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020

New Here ,

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on a couple of M1 Silicon Macs which were both recently updated to Tahoe 26.0.1.

One of the ways I use Acrobat is to export a doc from Quicken and then copy/paste some additional info on a web site into that document. I should clarify that these are screen clippings that go into Preview.

This has worked great, until the update to the new OS. Now when I paste a clip from Preview on the Mac it is truncated-only the top left corner of the clip is pasted.

I can paste the clip into other software--OneDrive, Word, Pages, even a Mac Mail message. The problem only seems to happen in Acrobat.

I know the version of Acrobat I have is ending support soon and won't be upgraded again, so I'm trying to decide what to do since I depend on it.

If anyone has any experience with this problem I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks so much,

Judy

@Judy Reese since Acrobat Pro 2020, the official End of Support date is November 30, 2025. There is a one-time 3-year license, Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 (sometimes referred to as Acrobat Classic). It's a 3-year term license, which means you pay for it once upfront and have access to the desktop software for a full three years. And after the 3 years, it stops working.

Only buy from Adobe.com or from brands that you can trust!

Thanks for the reply. It didn't really answer my question --if anyone else had a similar experience after upgrading to MacOS Tahoe--but did spur me to look for other options. Found a replacement for Acrobat that does everything I used Acrobat for and is a much cheaper perpetual license. Between it and Pages on the Mac I think I'm covered.

Thanks.

I'm having horrible issues with it as well. For example when editing text, it will not allow any other font beyond the default Helvetica and it has a chronic ADOBE LICUTIL Quit Unexpectedly error.  I want to go back to my previous os.
