Hi,
I created a PDF form in Adobe Acrobat Pro with a mailto link that works perfectly on Windows devices but does not open the mail app on iOS (iPad/iPhone). Here’s the code I’m using for the link:
Has anyone encountered this issue or found a workaround to make mailto links work on iOS devices?
Thanks for any help!

Update:
I created a PDF form in Adobe Acrobat Pro that includes a button with the "Submit Form" action, intending to send the form as an email attachment. The mailto link works as expected on Windows, opening the mail client with the form attached. However, on iOS devices (iPad/iPhone), the mail app does not open, and no attachment is sent.

Hi @dervis_6972,
Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
Do you see any error message when trying to use the button?
To get this through, you need to log in using your account on the Mail App through your iPhone's settings.
Let's try the below steps:
1. Go to iPhone's settings;
2. go to Apps-> Mail;
3. Choose Mail Accounts;
4. Choose "Add Account";
5. Choose your preferred email account and proceed to finish setting up your account;
6. Open the PDF and click the "Submit" button, and you should see the draft email appear.
Also, if you would like to send it to multiple email addresses, please use "," without any space between email addresses like, mailto:emailaddress,emailaddress.
Hope this helps.
