Acrobat X Pro

Win 10 64 bit

Under General => Preferences => "show splash screen" is unchecked.
How do I get the screen below to go away and never come back?

Thank you.

I found this, specifically for Acrobat X (all changed in Acrobat DC): Hide Welcome screen | Adobe Acrobat, Reader X | Windows

That’s not a splash screen. The splash screen appears briefly while the product starts.

OK - so I used the wrong term for what it is.  In Dreamweaver it's called the "welcome screen" and I can turn that off.

I would like to shut it off in Acrobat as well. I can't find the same setting in Acrobat Preferences. Is there a way to make that happen?

Yes - thank you.  I just found that too by Googling and was coming back here to report the find and that it worked perfectly.
