No Adobe app can do that. The "page turning" feature was based on Flash, which is dead.

Some PDF viewers might have this effect built-in, but it's not something you can add to your file.

However, you don't need it. A PDF is a "digital book" all on its own. You can just send it as it is.

Thank you for replying. If I cannot have "page turning" effect how to I bring these 90 pdf pages together as a single book with recipients able readers to move from reading one page onto the next? And which Adobe software would I have to use?

Do you mean each page is a separate file now? If so, then you can use Adobe Acrobat to merge them as a single file, and then the readers will be able to browse through it, like any other PDF.
