Making a PDF preset in InDesign or a Action in Acrobat

I would LOVE to see a tutorial done on the following…

Is there a way I can make a PDF preset in InDesign or an Action in Acrobat with the following preferences?
I want to avoid having to adjust the pdf every time after I make the pdf to these settings manually

This is not possible with InDesign but this is really easy with Acrobat Pro and its Action Wizard:

Don't forget to add a Save command, though, or you'll be prompted to save each file you run the Action on manually...
