Making a PDF read only after form filling.

New Here ,
Nov 12, 2020 Nov 12, 2020

I have created a certificate for a client from them to fill 2 fields in using Adobe Reader only. What I need is for them to be able to save the Certificate, so that when they send that Certificate to the recipent it is a read/print only document.

I can't believe there is no simple way of achieving this.

Thanks

Convert you form as an "Adobe Sign" form (in the "More" menu).

Then use the "Request signature" feature.

There is. You can use a Digital Signature field and set it to lock all the fields when signed (via the field's Properties - Signed tab).
